The Fraud of The Trials

It is quite clear to me, and probably to almost every "right thinking" citizen, having a civilian trial for the "2001" Terror attack on the Twin Towers, is patently absurd on its face. The man agreed to plead guilty to the acts in a Military tribunal, and asked to be executed. He handed us the sentence. If we think that we should execute him; why would we waste the time and the money to try him in a civilian court.

For me, the answer is clear; the Obama cabal wants to put on trial the Bush administration; not the real terrorist. The incompetent and radical lawyer we are cursed to call the Attorney General, has an agenda, and that agenda is to radicalize the indictment of the Bush administration. He could care less if the real culprit gets off or not. He wants the debacle of the trial, because it will serve his political, radical agenda.

Let's also not kid ourselves, Obama made this decision, not Holder. Indeed some have already begin to say that Holder dod not have the legal authority to take the prisoner from the military. Whatever the case; this decision is not a "Holder" decision, it is a radical Obama decision. He wants to distract the public from what he is about to do in Afghanistan. Yes, he is going to exit that country and it will fall. Just like he wants Iraq to fall when he pulls the troops out as well. His objectives are murky, but his actions are clear, He is walking away from every prior US commitment.

As an example; I hate to say this, but he is about to sell Israel down the river. His whole strategy in Israel is to force them to give up all the lands taken to protect itself. The settlements, the west bank, the Gaza, etc. Indeed, he will also insist on the :right of return" which will be intended to allow the Palestinians to "reclaim land." In short, his is about to cut of Israel.

As for Iran, he is going to allow Iran to get nuclear weapons, and he will claim that they violated a peaceful accord and that there was nothing he could do. We have a President who has no will and no convictions other than to create a European socialist country on US soil, and to create a massive redistribution of wealth so that we look more like the Fascist state of Venezuela than we do, our beloved country. President Obama borders on being a traitor to our Liberty.

Jay asks, "When will somebody call for his impeachment?" I know that I believe that he has already set us on a path that will dramaticaly shift our culture and society, and in a way way that is tragically flawed. The challenge will be that it probably would be impossible to prove "high crimes and misdemeanors" for an incompetent President. His radical programs are being supported by a majority of the Congress.

Ok, Let's Assume that Major Hasan Is Mentally Ill

The liberal, politically correct advocates are clearly trying to avoid the bigotry of unfair generalizations about Islam. Hence, the pathetic and horrendous act of murder that Major Hasan clearly perpetrated at Fort Hood, is being discussed as the result of a "troubled person" who needs to be understood to have all manner of real and newly created mental illness.

Although I consider this nonsense as another clear example of political correctness gone crazy; I think that those who are convinced that it was an act of a Islamic terrorist should give in. and accept the reality that the left must be correct. Major Hasan is mentally ill!

Yes, let's just agree that he is a mentally ill person and let's put him away in a high security mental hospital for life. Yes, for life, because I suspect we all know that with the military trial, he will not be sentenced to the death penalty, so, let's put him away for life because of his obvious mental illness...Islamic extremist who believes in Sharia law. Then we can put him through therapy to cure his mental illness, including taking away from him all the trappings of the religion that has twisted his mind.

Then, we will have a precedent to round up all other Sharia Law advocates in the US, and put them away for mental illness as well. Yes, if he is mentally ill., then so are they, because they are extremists who want us to give up all our liberty.

How is that for logic, you idiotic, politically correct liberals who want to whitewash the threat to our way of life. If that does not work for you, then maybe we can go back and call this act what it was: The act of a Islamic terrorist who wants to destroy us. This is a war, even if our left wing, politically correct administration want to pretend it is not.

The Bankruptcy Filing

Yes, the House version of the Health care reform, is a guaranteed prescription for the Bankruptcy of our country. The tragic fact is that every western European country is languishing in an economic malaise that is of their own making. The socialist spending of those economies has taken all the fire out of their markets. All an objective observer need do, is look at their growth rates. They are doomed, and coupled with their shrinking population, are withering away to no existence. The only thing that will be left of their populations 50 years from now will be Islamic 18th Century religious values, that will destroy European vales and take the countries back to the dark ages.

Yes, and now, the liberals in Congress want to do the same to the US. Not because that is what they are planning to do, only that it is the inevitable outcome, and they simply do not want to look at the facts to understand the disaster they are attempting to create. I could easily say that it is stupidity that causes this to happen, but it really is the radical left agenda to have every citizen reliant on the government., That is how you guarantee that they will always vote for the Democrats/liberals. That is what Tyranny is all about. The domination of all peoples in the society, buy a handful of the elite.

Paul Krugman - On "Paranoia Strikes Deep" - HE HAS IS RIGHT!!

Today, Paul Krugman wrote an OpEd piece in the New York Times that is quite instructive for those who have a difficult time understanding the Left in American. Here is how he ends his piece:

"And if Tea Party Republicans do win big next year, what has already happened in California could happen at the national level. In California, the G.O.P. has essentially shrunk down to a rump party with no interest in actually governing — but that rump remains big enough to prevent anyone else from dealing with the state’s fiscal crisis. If this happens to America as a whole, as it all too easily could, the country could become effectively ungovernable in the midst of an ongoing economic disaster.

The point is that the takeover of the Republican Party by the irrational right is no laughing matter. Something unprecedented is happening here — and it’s very bad for America."

Herein lies the clear facts: liberals are convinced that they have the truth, and that their agenda for "Changing America" is the only rational path. Krugman believes that "Conservatives" are simply holding views that are irrational and that they are "paranoid" about how their country is being taken from them.

KRUGMAN IS CORRECT! Conservatives ( the majority of the people in the US) believe that their country is being taken from them. So, they are fighting back, and are indeed "focused on preventing the theft."

Indeed, his using California as an example of how the "Republicans" have caused a problem for that state, is quite remarkable. He blames the Republicans for the problems of profligate spending and budget deficits for as far as the eye can see; yet the Republicans have had no control over any of that. The out of control Democrats are the problem, and to blame the Republicans is a story right out of the "Rules for Radicals” handbook.

These people must be stopped. They are shredding our constitution to their socialist ends, and I for one will not just back off because I am accused of being an "Irrational right winger." My arguments are based on logic, not emotional appeals to the populists.

OBAMA SHOWS HIS TRUE COLORS

The President of the United States must recognize that every action, every word, every expression will be viewed as evidence of his viewpoint. Like it or not, he is on stage 24x7. This President knows he is on stage, and had proven that, with the right script, he is a pretty good "actor." His "Charisma" was formed by his adherence to his spiritual mentor who eventually became his speaking role model. The preacher" in Barack Obama comes through in every speech: as long as he has a script.

What comes through, without the script, is a cold hearted, ideologue who simply reads his lines and moves on to the next scene on his life "play." This is never better understood than his first remarks about the massacre at Ft. Hood. His demeanor and the disrespect for the deaths of these soldiers and civilians was appalling. It is amp[le evidence that this actor, is indeed, an actor, and he does not seem to have any real sense of connection with the military. His disrespect for his hand picked General in Afghanistan is just one of many examples that shows that he is not a President for the military. As a Commander-in-Chief, he is a fraud. His "dithering" on the decision, is pathetic and clearly suggests that Liberty for all humankind, is not his priority. His "dithering" with Iran, just reflects his inability to want to defend  this country and the world from the clear and present danger of a nuclear Iran.

In short, this President does not deserve the title, Commander-in-Chief; but rather we refer to him as Equivocator in Chief.

FINALLY SOME RECOGNIZE THE RADICAL OBAMA

The good news is that there is really a great deal of awareness building about just how much of a radical Obama is. I talked about the influence of Rules for radical almost a year ago, and it is now increasingly in the language of the right when talking about Obama. Yes, they practice the Alimnsky rules every day. The most apparent is the use of the "marginalize" policy.

The battles against Fox News and the Chamber of Commerce are simply symptoms of the larger problem which is, that Obama can not deal with any type of criticism of his policies. He not only has that Messianic complex, he has an-intellectual snob ego that makes him believe that if you do not see an issue through his lens, then he must destroy your lens.

Obama is dithering on the war decisions for the obvious reason that he does not want to risk alienating the far left if he were to commit a larger focus on Afghanistan. It is clear that he can not allow it to fall, but he certainly does not want to let the left know he will continue the good fight, in any way.

Watch out for his negotiations on Global Warming and Iran. This man is not a "triangulator" like Clinton; he is an aggressive world view President who will trade our country's identity and sovereignty down the hole for  place in history as the greatest advocate for one world, socialist government.

This man must be stopped on Health Care. It would help a great deal if the two gubernatorial candidates candidate sin New Jersey and Virginia could actually be won by the Republican. If that were the case, the Obama buzz would abate a bit, altHough I do not expect him to learn like Clinton did.

Obama Care - Turns into Reid-Pelossi Care

There is no doubt that the President has delegated his Obama Care to the Congress. In what has been a conviction that the reason Clinton failed was that the legislation had no real support in the Congress, so he decided to leave it to them, so that he would have their engagement. This may be a way to get their "buy in" but it has created a chaotic process to date. Those of us who do not agree with the majority of the reforms being pushed by are inclined to think that the chaos is a good thing; hoping that it will so confuse the legislators, than nothing will happen.

I believe that there is a risk that this chaos will create a bill that will get approved, and that the bill will itself cause chaos in the health care industry. There is a risk that as the democrats work to satisfy all the "engaged legislators," will be such a Christmas tree of pandering to each viewpoint, that it will be another monumental government debacle. The opposition must keep attacking the net result of the bill...a very large increase in taxes for all workers; a monumental increase in the deficit and reduced health benefits for virtually everybody. All of this will happen, even if there is no "public option." If the public option, or some masked hybrid, is passed, then the horrors of a complete elimination of the private health care and health insurance programs will be a terrible reality.

I have said earlier, there can be no compromise by the opposition. The opposition must defeat this debacle, and then propose the rational reforms that can make large incremental change without completely destroying the current system and the things that actually work. The health care system must have real competition across all currently erected boundaries, and that competition will be far better than any public option. Fraud in Medicare and Medicaid does not need this bill to be attacked. Tort reform can change the economics of practicing medicine and putting more accountability into the hands of the consumer is essential. There are many ways to do that, but one way is to address the employer supplied(tax free) benefits of health insurance.

Hypocrisy Reins in Amercan Politics

The debacle of hypocritical action by the Massachusetts legislature is beyond anything reasonable. First they did not believe in Governor authority, then they did. First they voted to strip a Governor of his authority; then they voted to give it back. The only problem is; this new found commitment to the constitutional respect comes only after the Democrats have a Governor who agrees with them. Otherwise, if there is another Republican Governor, they will strip it away again. Of course, it is only logical: Politicians must use their power to oppress the minority so that they can stay the majority. After all: The majority is always right, and the political power structure must be preserved. Just as Stalin did in TH USSR. Just as Castro does in Cuba: just as Chavez does in Venezuela...just as Hitler did  in Germany.

Liberty is being taken from us every day; and we are sitting back and allowing this to happen. The messianic leader in DC is there to be supported and preserved. Is he the American Hitler? Some will say that is a radical thought; but then that is what the followers said in Germany as Hitler was consolidating his power. The Mass debacle is just one more example of how "Power corrupts; and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

Racists - Always Play the Race Card

Jimmy Carter was a terrible President, and he has been a failure as an Ex-President. He can build houses for the poor, and should continue to do that, because his words are nothing but pure asininity. His mouth and his purported high intellect just seem to be disconnected. His latest statements about the opposition to Obama being the result of whites who can not accept the fact that we have a Black President, are patently nonsense.

I for one, have a life record of being a protagonist for equality of the races, and spent a major part of my youth, fighting, within the corporate system, to advance the cause of blacks in our society. I am infuriated that a white bigot from the south, who has the audacity to call me a racist, just because I disagree so strongly with Barack Obama. His skin color has nothing to do with my views of his Presidency...it is only his action and his core values that drive me to consider him a disaster for our country.

Yes, Jimmy Carter has spent most of his retirement years trying to prove that he is not a bigot about blacks, and has consistently proven that he is a bigot about political foes. His views are so clouded by his desire to redeem his failed Presidency, that he continues to try to show that the party that unseated him, is a failed party, with failed beliefs. The facts are clear: Ronald Reagan beat him; and then proceeded to get the country out of the Carter disaster.

That said, Carter is simply wrong. There is opposition to Obama, because Obama has proven that he is at his core a social radical, a political radical, and a left wing pacifist who will destroy what little military credibility George Bush left him. He is creating a socialist state, a big government establishment, a labor union dominated landscape, and a bankrupt economic policy that will create devastating debt and ultimately stagnation coupled with inflation.

That is not racist, it is political and economic disagreement. I resent Carter, and all his flaming liberal friends for suggesting that we, the opposition, are racist. Reverend Wright is the racist; not I. Barack Obama sat and listened to that racist rhetoric for 20 years...I did not. While he was doing that: I was promoting blacks into leadership positions.

Illegals, Healthcare and Joe Wilson

The debate over the ability for illegals to get healthcare benefits from the Federal "Obama Care" program has caused a massive "piling on" on Rep. Wilson and his outburst about Obama being a "liar." Actually, he probably should have yelled out, "Stupid, or Ignorant or even...A bad constitutional scholar" and he would have been more correct.

Why? Because all the legal minds I have consulted suggest that even if the Congress passes a law that excludes illegals from participating in the Obama Care plans, the Supreme Court has already ruled that any Federal Benefit program, can not be denied to illegals. Hence, it would seem that the Court would overturn the law as unconstitutional.

This is a true conundrum for the Federal efforts. There is clearly no support for this program to be provided to illegals, yet, it could be impossible to deny them the insurance. if it is Federal Insurance. Sounds to me like a pretty good argument against the Federal "public option."

In my view that option is a total sham and a clear attempt to federalize health care. If the President really wants competition, then all he and the Democrats need to do, is allow the private sector to compete nation wide. So simple, yet they are opposed. Why...because they have the primary objective of a single payor system, and that can not be accomplished if the private sector is actually allowed to compete, both with itself or with the proposed public option.
